Bob established Temple Video Productions back in the early 90’s, the company became one of the most respected companies for filming theatre productions. He sold the company in 2004 to establish AVP Studios, now regarded as Wiltshire’s premier production house. Clients include Network Rail, Swindon Borough Council and many more. The DVD series ‘Swindon Through the Decades’ has been the most successful ‘retail’ product sold in the Tourist Information Centres and featured on numerous national TV programmes
William Blake - Director
Bill Has worked with Bob sine 1985 and his creative skills have earned him an enviable reputation, with clients including Speedo,WH Smith, Lacoste and many more, Bill is an essential part of the team.
Ray Wakely - Editor/Cameraman
Ray begun his career at AVP three years ago, where he learnt and developed his skills in producing show videos and DVD’s. Ray is also our ‘in house’ photoshop expert and edits all the images taken at the photo shoots.
Helen Wakely - Sales & Marketing
Helen is responsible for sales at events & exhibitions we attend and the ‘direct’ sales at shows we film. Helen joined the team in 2008 to work with us on developing more effective ways to generate sales at the shows, relieving the burden on the dance school. You have probably guessed, Helen is Ray’s mum!
Tom Baldwin - Trainee & General Assistant
Tom joined the team in 2009. We are training him in all aspects of the business and assists on filming & post production. Tom particularly enjoys filming, not too keen on preparing our newsletters for mailing!
